Which payment methods do you accept?

We expect Bank transfer or PayPal. We do not accept cash payment.

How do I secure my booking?

To secure your booking you will need to pay a 50% non refundable booking fee of your balance which will be quoted to you. The remaining balance of your booking will be required seven days prior to the event.

What is your policy for damaged products?

If any of Nellie Greys Event items are damaged in your possession you will be charged accordingly.

What happens if my event doesn’t ahead?

Booking fees are non-refundable but we are able to transfer the funds to another available date.

Can I personalise my hire?

We have personalise acrylic signs we can use like “Happy Birthday” “Baby Shower” “Mr&Mrs”. We can also personalise balloons.

What is the age range for the soft play?

Under 5 for our soft play or ball pit Hire.

What are the rules for the Soft Play?

No food or drink, no sharp objects, no glitter or face paint, socks must be worn at all times, adults must supervise their children and play at your own risk. We are fully insured.

Do we charge for delivery and collection?

We deliver for free up to 12 miles of our office in Hove. We can deliver further but a surcharge will be required.

How long is the hire for?

Our prices are based on a half day rate of 4 hours but you can hire items for a full day at an extra cost of £20. Please state this in your booking enquiry.

Do you provide Prosecco or doughnuts?

No but we do have recommendations for doughnuts.

Do you provide Prosecco glasses?

Yes we provide Prosecco glasses with the hire of any Prosecco wall or Champagne cart. Any damages will be charged accordingly.
